The S55TBO slat holder is designed for European styled wooden framed flexible slat beds and used extensively by manufacturers in New Zealand and Australia for many years.  This slat holder is top-fitting, incorporates two pins at 32mm centres, has a low profile, and is suitable for 53-54mm wide and up to 8.3mm thick laminated slats.  Critically these pins are spaced apart at 32mm centres.  Ensure that the distance between the centre of one pin and the centre of the other pin is 32mm as there are many different spacings on the market.  When assembling slats & holders leave approximately a 2mm gap inside each slat holder to allow for the flex of laminated arced slats under load.

Manufactured in Europe the S55TBO is produced to the highest standard from virgin LD-PE shock resistant thermoplastic materials to meet exact tolerances.  Each slat shoe is fully recyclable or suitable for disposal in landfill.
